  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You understand that violations may result in account suspension or termination

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their minor children's use of the service

  • You must have the legal authority to enter into contracts
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information
  • You must be located in areas where our services are available

Prohibited Users

You may not use our services if you:

  • Have been previously banned or suspended from Eazi Dinning
  • Are located in regions where our services are restricted
  • Intend to use the service for unlawful purposes

Security Notice: Never share your account credentials with others. We will never ask for your password via email or phone. Report suspicious activity immediately.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Inappropriate conduct toward other users or staff

  • Delivery coordination and tracking
  • Customer support and dispute resolution

Service Availability

  • Services are available in select areas of Ghana
  • Operating hours may vary by location and restaurant
  • Some restaurants may have limited menu availability
  • Delivery areas are subject to restaurant and courier availability

Service Limitations

We do not:

  • Prepare, cook, or serve food directly
  • Guarantee food quality (restaurants are responsible)
  • Control restaurant inventory or menu changes
  • Provide medical or dietary advice

Role Clarification: Eazi Dinning acts as an intermediary platform. We facilitate orders but restaurants are responsible for food preparation and initial quality control.

Order Process

  1. Browse restaurant menus and select items
  2. Add items to cart and review order details
  3. Provide delivery information and payment method
  4. Confirm order and receive order confirmation
  5. Track order status until delivery

Pricing and Fees

  • Menu prices are set by individual restaurants
  • Service fees and delivery charges may apply
  • Taxes are calculated based on applicable rates
  • Total cost is displayed before order confirmation

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Mobile money (MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money)
  • Credit and debit cards
  • Bank transfers

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified within 2 minutes of placement
  • Cancellations are subject to restaurant acceptance
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
  • Some cancellation fees may apply

Payment Security: All payment information is processed securely through certified payment providers. We do not store complete payment details on our servers.

Delivery Areas

  • Delivery is available within designated service areas
  • Delivery zones may change based on availability
  • Some areas may have minimum order requirements
  • Remote locations may incur additional delivery fees

Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only
  • Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control
  • Weather, traffic, and restaurant preparation time affect delivery
  • We strive to meet estimated times but cannot guarantee exact delivery schedules

Delivery Requirements

For successful delivery:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery address
  • Be available to receive the order at the specified time
  • Have a functioning phone number for delivery coordination
  • Provide access instructions for gated communities or offices

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or inaccessible address
  • Customer unavailability after reasonable attempts to contact
  • Refusal to accept the order

The order may be considered complete, and no refund will be provided unless the issue was due to our error.

Restaurant Responsibilities

Our restaurant partners are responsible for:

  • Food preparation, quality, and safety
  • Accurate menu information and pricing
  • Timely order preparation
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Managing inventory and item availability

Partnership Agreement

  • Restaurants must maintain required licenses and permits
  • Menu changes and pricing updates must be communicated promptly
  • Quality standards must be maintained consistently
  • Special dietary requirements and allergen information must be accurate

Customer Issues

For food-related complaints:

  • Food quality issues are primarily the restaurant's responsibility
  • We facilitate communication between customers and restaurants
  • Refunds and replacements are handled case-by-case
  • Repeated quality issues may result in partnership review

Acceptable Use

When using Eazi Dinning, you agree to:

  • Use the service only for legitimate food ordering purposes
  • Provide accurate information in all interactions
  • Treat delivery personnel and restaurant staff respectfully
  • Pay for orders promptly and in good faith

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Submit false or misleading reviews or ratings
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
  • Use automated systems to access the platform
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Reviews and Ratings

  • Reviews must be based on genuine experiences
  • Content must be respectful and constructive
  • Reviews containing offensive language may be removed
  • We reserve the right to moderate and remove inappropriate content

Violation Consequences: Violation of these conduct rules may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action as appropriate.

When you submit content (reviews, photos, etc.), you:

  • Confirm you have rights to any content you submit
  • Accept that content may be moderated or removed

Third-Party Content

  • Restaurant menus, photos, and descriptions belong to respective restaurants
  • Third-party logos and trademarks remain property of their owners
  • We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid complaints

Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with:

  • Description of the copyrighted work
  • Location of the alleged infringement
  • Your contact information and electronic signature
  • Statement of good faith belief and accuracy

Service Disclaimer

Eazi Dinning provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Food quality or safety (restaurant responsibility)
  • Exact delivery times
  • Availability of specific restaurants or menu items

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eazi Dinning shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from food quality or safety issues
  • Third-party actions or service interruptions

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. These limitations may not apply to you if prohibited by applicable law.

Food Safety and Allergies

  • Restaurants are responsible for food preparation and safety
  • Always inform restaurants of allergies and dietary restrictions
  • We cannot guarantee allergen-free food preparation
  • Consult healthcare providers for serious dietary concerns

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eazi Dinning, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your Responsibilities

  • Your use of the platform in violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Content you submit or post on the platform
  • Your interactions with other users or restaurant staff
  • Unauthorized use of your account by others due to your negligence

Legal Defense

This indemnification includes reasonable attorney's fees and costs. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Using the account deletion feature in your profile settings
  • Contacting our customer support team

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
  • Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Any activity that harms or could harm the platform or other users

Effects of Termination

Upon account termination:

  • Your access to the platform will be immediately revoked
  • Outstanding orders may be canceled (refunds processed as applicable)
  • Your account data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
  • You remain liable for any outstanding payments or obligations

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Eazi Dinning shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

  2. Mediation: If direct resolution fails, we encourage mediation
  3. Legal Action: As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through Ghana's court system

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Limitation Period

Any claims must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim will be permanently barred.
